Amillias strives to bring you the best possible local and organic ingredients.
After eleven years of cheffing at the Benbow Inn, Thomas Allen branched out in 1997
and started a catering business in our community. From there we went on to design
“Amillias Gourmet To Go” with our children in mind. We opened September 9, 2002.
With the last child going off to college we decided to open
“Amillias, A Destination in Dining.”
We have expanded to offer dinners on the weekend
so our community would have a beautiful place to come
and have good food and great company.
